Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content, including videos, quizzes, and downloadable materials.
You provide a valid reason for the refund request (e.g., accidental purchase, technical issues preventing access).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

The request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.
You have accessed more than 10% of the course content.
The course was purchased at a discounted or promotional price (unless legally required).
You completed the course and obtained a certificate.
You violated our Terms of Use or engaged in misuse of the platform.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@2itlearning.com with the following details:

Your full name and email address used for registration.
Course name and purchase date.
Reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Course Cancellations & Platform Issues

If a course is removed or becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative course or a full refund. If you experience technical issues preventing course access, we will first attempt to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
